UPDATE: Any day now

Rose's transplant doc just told us that she is taking Rose off her IV (for the first time in almost a month) and switching her to pill form treatment starting tomorrow - in preparation for release.  Release will come some time after Monday, but certainly by the end of this week, barring unforeseen circumstances.  Amazing.  She's a little nervous (hostage syndrome?) about release to a wider (wilder) world, but she'll be ready.  Now to just get her nourished and strengthened for the next big step, really coming home.  Time frame: just before the December holidays, latest.
